ARCTIC SURVIVAL
PROGRAM BREIF
Survival Games are fun exercises where groups evolve into teams as they communicate, build trust, synergize and engage in collaborative problem solving and decision making. Survival Games come in three different scenarios : Desert, Ocean or Arctic Survival, but the game dynamics is the same for all three options.
In Stage 1, participants need to decide individually on the order of importance that salvaged items have for the group’s survival. During Stage 2, participants work
together to reach a common ranking. Whoever gets closer to the right solution wins!
