Summer Internship Program
The Internship Program of Tachub, is an initiative to build the capacities of students and individuals wanting to grow in field of Marketing, Human Resource , Event Management & Tourism by providing them with an opportunity to gain practical work experience related to their academic program or future work in a field related to Learning and Development. Tachub considers the internship program as a wonderful opportunity for mutual learning. The ideas and experiences, which the interns bring with them, add value to our interventions and strengthen the capacities of the team members.
Program Description
The interns are free to choose to work with any of the process in our divisions, depending upon their interests and objectives. Once the choice is made, the intern will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding on the planning and implementation of that project. It is expected that the intern is able to identify role for self in the project after the comprehensive understanding, which should correspond with the objective of the project.
Qualifications
- Candidate should be in any semester of their Post Graduation, preferably in Marketing or Human Resource domain or related domain if applying for Events and Tourism.
- Language skills: The intern should be able to read, write and speak in English effectively. The ability to converse in Hindi would be an added advantage
- Learner : We are not looking for experience students, we are looking for students keen on learning and contributing.
- Challengers : Do you love to challenge your self, experiment and build new concept with you must apply.
Financial Aspects
Tachub Internship Program operates on a non-remunerative basis. The costs connected with an intern’s participation in the Program must be borne by the nominating institution or intern himself/herself, and make his or her own arrangements for travel, accommodation etc during his internship.
