Overview

A lot of people turn to meal planning apps like Plated or Foodspotting when they want to create their own personal diet plan, but these apps only offer limited options and have many restrictions. There is no perfect app or tool out there, but we can learn from them and put our own spin on the process with Google sheets or some other document software.
