Brief Overview

Conflict is an inevitable part of the human experience. It is something that we should not avoid, but instead, learn how to deal with. Conflict is a natural part of the human experience and something that we should not avoid. Learning how to deal with conflict is essential for healthy relationships and a happy life.
We can reduce conflict by understanding where it comes from in the first place. There are four different types of conflicts: task-related, personality-related, goal-related and values-related. All these types have different causes that need to be identified before they can be resolved.
Conflict management skills can also be learnt by observing others who excel in this area or through personal reflection on one’s own experiences of conflict in order to learn from previous mistakes or successes.
