Director & Co-founder
Nobita is a trained Life and Leadership Coach from Coach For Life, USA an ICF Accredited Program, a Certified Transpersonal Coach and a Certified Psychodrama Coach. She is also certified on Emotional Intelligence, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Psychometric tools, Designing and implementing Assessment/Development Centre, and Design Thinking. She is passionate about holistic growth and has studied and researched deeply various healing techniques and advanced practices in reading the Akashik Records. With over 25 years of experience, she adds value by bringing in unique solutions, perspectives and creating enabling environments for individual and organisation growth.

Director & Co-founder
Sumeet is an alumni of Delhi University and IMI, with an MBA in HR & Marketing. With an experience of over 18 years in Corporate Consulting, he brings in a rich expertise in building winning solutions for employee engagement and development. He is very creative in his approach and his mastery over technology enables him to conceptualize, design and deliver innovative solutions with a high degree of engagement in both, the physical and virtual format. His entrepreneurial mindset gives him the edge to create winning strategies and solutions, positively impacting businesses and productivity
