SALAD MAKING CHALLENGE is an office game that helps team members bond, build camaraderie and create a sense of community.
We often hear about the importance of having personal accountability at the workplace, but we rarely discuss how to improve work culture. One way to do this is to include games in the office. This can be done by playing games collectively or having a friendly competition with other departments.
It starts out with a set of ingredients that are usually found in most offices (such as cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, etc.) or same can be planned in advance and all props can be arranged.
