The corporate world is evolving and changing at an incredible pace. The Pandemic has changed dynamics in already VUCA world. It is becoming increasingly difficult for people to cope with these challenges and pressures and is draining them at a faster pace.

To enable employees to cope with and address their challenges, organizations are implementing Employee Assistance Programs – these have helped them reduce turnover rates, increase employee happiness and wellbeing and increasing productivity as a whole.

Our Approach Path for developing a robust EAP (Heal-thy Well-Thy)

One of the key challenges of an EAP is for the employees to actively use the program and take benefit from it. The inhibitions attached to asking for counselling or to discuss mental/ emotional wellbeing are rooted in our culture and the misplaced fears of being impacted professionally in case they do reach out to the EAP are some of the factors that can come in the way of a robust EAP. The approach to overcome these challenges and build a strong base for the EAP comes with awareness and acceptance – we look at building a robust platform by driving this initiative on a strong base of awareness, education and communication.
