The goal of the program is to create a workforce that has the skills and aptitudes necessary to compete for the jobs of the future.

The Trainer Academy has various programs to offer from our young trainers who want to become trainers to seasoned trainer who wish to further upgrade their skills and move to next level. Building basic facilitation skills to advance training methodology. Each program offered comes with our or jointly partner certification.

The journey will provide learners with knowledge about principles and practices that apply to training, instructional systems, learning disabilities, and ethics in work with adults. Trainers will also learn how to plan, develop, and implement workplace training programs.

Each program offers learners from 24 to 200 hours of learning credits along with projects , live internship on what it takes to be an effective trainer.

In order to be a successful soft skill trainer/faculty, they need to keep learning new techniques and methods that are not only helpful in the present but can be used in the future as well.

Soft skills trainers/faculties need to keep up with the latest trends and techniques in order to stay relevant. Soft skills training is constantly evolving as it is needed by more and more companies. Learning new things is crucial for soft skill trainers who want their business to grow.

The skills gap is a major issue in the workforce. Employees are increasingly dissatisfied with their training programs and demand more personalized training. With trainers who keep upgrading are more effective and engaging by creating a personalized learning experience for each employee.
