By balancing your meridian, you help to prevent physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances, it is possible for people to learn more about their personal energy system. They can learn how to balance their meridians and energies in order to maintain a healthy state of mind.
By feeling out your meridians with the help of your hands and doing simple movements, you can clear and release any energy block that might be causing physical or mental pain.
There are a variety of poses that provide relief from anxiety, muscle pain, headaches, migraines and many other symptoms.
As we age and our health starts to decline, it becomes difficult for our bodies to produce enough energy that is required by our cells. This could lead to a lack of willpower, poor moods, and even disease.
