Overview

Breath work is a powerful tool to allow the body to heal in new ways. There are many variations of breathwork, but they all work in a similar way by stimulating the nervous system and allowing the person to feel calmer.

A common practice that many people take up is called Breath of Fire. This involves taking repeated deep breaths while focusing on exhaling more than inhaling. It can be done seated or lying down and takes at least 10 minutes for it to start having a significant effect on the body.

Breathing exercises are an integral part of fitness and sports, but they also have other benefits as well. In this session we will go over the benefits of breathing exercises and how they can improve your life.
