Overview

There is a lot of scientific research that has been done on the chakra system. In order to understand this better, many practices have emerged such as yoga and meditation.
The body is made up of seven main energy centres known as Chakras which is widely used for spiritual purposes in some religions and also for balancing our body. The theory behind Chakras is that when we are in physical or emotional pain, our chakras are out of balance. There are many ways to balance the chakras with yoga and meditation but there are also supplements that can help with this process.
Chakra healing is an ancient practice that originated in India thousands of years ago. It is a way of connecting with your own inner wisdom and intuition and attuning yourself with your higher self.
The chakras are said to be arranged on the spinal column in a certain order from the base of the spine up through the crown of the head. This arrangement is called the Sushumna Nadi system, which means “spinal channel.”
