Overview

Holistic Coaching is a process that helps participants improve the quality of their life. It is made up of three essential components – coaching, mentoring, and support. The coaching process generally starts with a series of questions that help to determine whether or not the person is ready for change.
There are many benefits to holistic coaching such as increased productivity and performance, decreased stress and anxiety levels, improved self-esteem, improved self-awareness, increased goal attainment among other benefits.
The transition period between coach and client can be challenging for both parties due to the personal nature of work relationships but it is important to embrace the changes as they will lead to a more meaningful relationship for both parties in the long run.
