IDENTIFY AND REFRAME LIMITING BELIEFS

Overview

All of us have our own limiting beliefs that are based on our past experiences. We can’t change the past, but we can control how we choose to see it in order to help us move forward.

A limiting belief is a belief that limits a person’s life, actions and attitude. Some people are conditioned by their experiences throughout their lives which create these beliefs. It is important to identify these beliefs and reframe them in order to move forward with one’s life.
