Sales Coaching
Overview
Sales coaching has been around for a long time, but has recently been gaining traction. It is most effective when it’s done face to face in person, but it can also be done remotely over the phone or Skype.
Sales coaching helps team members identify their strengths and weaknesses and helps them improve their performance and set goals. It also helps team members to better understand the customer’s needs and what they want.
Teams who were coached will usually see an increase in conversion rates, as well as a decrease in churn rates for customers who have already purchased from them.
