Brief Overview

Change management is defined as “executing and implementing change in an organisation to produce a desired outcome”.
Change managers have to be skilled at building relationships, they have to understand the power of empathy and their need for problem-solving skills. They act as the intermediary between those who want changes implemented and those who will implement them. Change management is often done in an effort to make a company more efficient and more profitable.
