Brief Overview

Delegating and monitoring our team is a big part of the job.
Delegating tasks is a necessary part of the team’s work process. When we delegate tasks, we assign them to a specific person or department so that they can work on them.
Monitoring is when you check in on your team members to see how they are doing with their assignments. This includes checking what’s being done, but also how they are feeling about what they’re doing. This way, you can tell if someone might need help or if there’s an issue that needs to be addressed.
