Brief Overview

Today post-sales service and parts sales have become a huge brand value for companies initial product sales. A good after sales and parts sales availability creates a good word of mouth for the brand , helping the brand to make good sales.

Good service and availability of parts also helps company build revenue. Current challenge as understood is that for servicing most of the vehicle / Equipment’s owners get their services done by local workshops or support person, or prefer to choose alternate market, since that save the owners 15 to 25 % over all cost… Hence the program focusing on influencing, pushing and discussing the benefits of organizations spare parts with customer.
